With the approach of Christmas Sue and Hannah decided to host a Linocut Workshop on the 20th November to enable guests to make their own Christmas cards to a specific design which they prepared. Hannah led the workshop and the cards were beautifully made - all the guests really appreciated what they had learned during the day.

The eight delegates spent two days at Sipala under the guidance and assessment of the Fields of Learning team, headed by Catherine Doherty, Jill Savage and Lorna Leeson, and supported by James. The delegates demonstrated all the skills and techniques that had been developed and honed over the previous five months.
We were delighted that all the delegates passed the integration process and are now fully qualified coaches, with the accreditation provided by the Association of Coaching.
Sue hosted another of her Narrative Workshops for Coaches workshops on March 19th at Sipala and the delegates thoroughly enjoyed the day which was tailored to their particular interests. This workshop will be run again in autumn 2018 so if you are interested let Sue know and she will add you to the potential participant list.
Here is feedback from some of the delegates:
"Imaginative, thought provoking, enabling”
"Really interesting and powerful in looking at our dominant stories and recognising how these can change as we move on."
"I found this workshop incredibly stimulating and energising. Sue is an excellent and intuitive coach, able to tailor the course to suit the pace and particular interests of the attendees.”
Held on 19th and 20th September 2019
Our favourite course is complete. The final module of the 2019 course took place at Sipala last week with nine delegates achieving their accredited coaching qualification. To do this they all had to demonstrate their skills in a live coaching exercise with a new client that they had never met before, and then fulfil a number of exercises to exhibit their competence and learning. The course was run by Sue Macmillan and Jill Savage of Fields of Learning, assisted by Justine Willmott.
